How long will it take to process my order?

Current processing times range from 3 to 7 business days, though this may increase during major sales events or new collection launches.

What are your shipping rates and methods?

We offer worldwide shipping via tracked services. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your stationery loot.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Due to our high volume of orders, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. Please ensure your cart is complete before checking out.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because our products are often limited edition or made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Our standard planner stickers are printed on premium matte paper and are not waterproof. Our vinyl decals, however, are weather-resistant and perfect for water bottles.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
